If you’re looking for places to learn about and purchase Black books, here are a few of my favorites. As always, please make sure when you purchase books you are:
-striving for “inclusive diversity” according to expert Dr. Violet J. Harris:
-only purchasing #ownvoices
-purchasing from Black-owned bookstores (shout out to my local one, Frugal Bookstore)
-gifting, sharing, and telling publishers that we need more, more, more of these
